Butterfly snack packs are a fun way to enjoy a healthy snack while welcoming spring. All you need are a couple of the kids’ favorite snacks and some simple crafting supplies.

SUPPLIES:
- Snack size plastic baggies (1 per pack)
- Clothespins (1 per pack)
- Glue Pipe cleaners (2 per pack)
- Crayons, paint and/or markers
- Googly eyes (optional, 2 per pack)
- Grapes, goldfish, baby carrots, strawberries or any other small snack your child prefers.
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the body of the butterfly, color or paint the clothespin and glue or draw on the eyes.
- For the wings, fill the bags with your snack. Include a different snack on each half of the bag for a more colorful and complete snack. To make grab-and-go packs for future use, dried fruits, cereal or crackers keep fresh for a longer time.
- Seal each bag and twist it a couple of times to ensure that the different snacks stay on their proper side. Snap on the clothespin over the snack.
- Stick antennae-shaped pipe cleaner into jaws of clothespin.
- Your Butterfly Snack Packs are good to go!
