Jazz up your store bought crust by brushing your dough with a mixture of olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, oregano and parsley. Prebaking your crust will make it extra crispy. After prebaking, add your sauce and toppings, then place your flatbread back into the oven and watch as it melts into a mouthwatering musical medley of mediterranean flavors.

Ingredients:
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese plus additional for serving, optional
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano plus additional for serving, optional
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh parsley plus additional for serving, optional
- 1 (13.8-ounce) package refrigerated classic pizza crust
- ¾ cup tomato basil sauce
- 1 cup shredded low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 ¼ cups leftover shredded cooked chicken breast
- ½ cup drained and rinsed canned cannellini beans
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450°. In medium bowl, stir garlic, Parmesan cheese, oil, oregano, and parsley. Unroll pizza crust onto rimmed baking pan; brush with garlic oil. Bake crust 10 minutes or until beginning to brown.
- Leaving a 1/2 -inch border, spread sauce over crust; top with mozzarella cheese, chicken, beans, and onion. Bake flatbread 8 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese melts. Cut flatbread into 8 pieces; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, oregano, and parsley, if desired.
