Grilled peaches with cinnamon sugar and butter. A fantastic dessert that is perfect topped with vanilla ice cream. Recipe featured in our 2017 Summer Gatherings issue.
Grilled peaches with cinnamon sugar and butter. A fantastic dessert that is perfect topped with vanilla ice cream. Recipe featured in our 2017 Summer Gatherings issue.
- Halve peaches & remove pits.
- Brush cut side with olive oil.
- Place cut side down on grill.
- Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove and serve on individual plates.
- Top with the cinnamon - sugar butter mix and other toppings as desired.
